The National Institute of Hydrology, Roorkee has strengthened the analytical capabilities of its Soil Water Laboratory by installing Elementar’s UNICUBE® CHNS analyzer.
The instrument is used in CHNS mode to determine carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen and sulfur fractions in soil samples. These measurements support research into soil health, nutrient status and soil hydraulic characteristics, helping the institute generate important data for hydrological research.
