The rapid MAX N exceed PLUS is a high-performance nitrogen and protein analyzer designed for maximum laboratory efficiency and high sample throughput. Operating according to the safe, simple, and eco-friendly Dumas combustion method, it delivers fast and cost-effective nitrogen and protein determination in just five minutes per sample. Engineered for unattended 24/7 operation, its advanced crucible technology enables flexible analysis of a wide variety of sample types and weights up to 5 g / 5 ml, while optimized consumables and the use of argon as alternative carrier gas significantly reduce cost per sample. Combined with our unique post-combustion technology, complete and unmatched combustion of even challenging sample matrices is ensured.

The 90-position autosampler can be reloaded at any time to prioritize urgent samples and offers nitrogen and protein determination in just five minutes per sample run.

Additionally, advanced EAS" REGAINER® technology, extended consumable uptime and easy, tool-free replacement of pre-filled tubes simplify routine tasks. Using the Dumas combustion method eliminates the need for hazardous chemicals, making operation safer and more convenient for laboratory staff.

The rapid MAX N exceed PLUS ensures outstanding precision and accuracy in nitrogen and protein determination. Thanks to the controlled oxygen jet-injection directly into the active zone and the industry-proven, catalytic post-combustion, complete combustion of the whole sample is guaranteed, even for samples hard to digest. The rapid MAX N exceed PLUS delivers matrix-independent results and offers absolute accuracy and full recovery in the low ppm range.

Thanks to the outstanding robustness and longevity of the rapid MAX N exceed PLUS, we provide a 10-year commercial guarantee on the high-temperature combustion furnace and the thermal conductivity detector cell of the thermal conductivity detector (TCD).
